New River Gorge Bridge
On my way back from Flatwoods today, I stopped to take a picture of the New River Gorge Bridge in Fayette County, WV. Besides the Grist Mill at Babcock, this has to be the most photographed location in the state, don't you think?
While I was there I talked to a woman waiting for her boyfriend to return from hiking down to the next level. She and her family were vacationing at Hawk's Nest State Park and complimented WV highly. Did I mention that she was waiting for her boyfriend? That's because she couldn't make the hike herself - she had fallen on some loose rocks at the park and was bruised on most of the right side of her body. But, still . . . she is having a great time! So, my new goal with this PictureaDay project is to talk to strangers whenever the opportunity arises. Every day . . . take a picture . . . talk to strangers . . . write a blog. I can do this!

About PictureADay
I wanted to write a blog. I found a template that I love! But didn't come up with an idea till the night of September 14, 2009. My goal now is to post a picture with comments every day. On the rare day that I don't take an original picture, I'll post one that I have gotten from somewhere else.
Enjoy!
Enjoy!
