Coalfield Expressway 2009


Eventually, this road is supposed to open up southern West Virginia to the rest of the world.  Right now, it stops at Slab Fork (home of Bill Withers!), but you can see the construction ahead.  There's a Google Earth view of the Coalfields Expressway below, showing the same spot seen in this picture.
