When Twin Falls State Park was built, there was a ruling that no more members of the family cemeteries would be allowed to be buried there. Evidently, Bob Jenkins challenged that ruling all the way to the governor's office. He put this headstone up, I guess as "place holder". He won his challenge and is now there - right beside the other Jenkins graves.
