This picture is of Zach, the little 1st grader that comes to my office occasionally with Cyndi - one of the secretaries.  Here he is in his Halloween costume, standing behind the desk of our state superintendent.  Do I have access to this office when the super's not around?  Uh . . . no!  Secretaries are the only people with that kind of power!
BTW - his face is masked because I would never put a child's face online without his parent's permission!  That's just wrong!
